- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables; stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan, followed by soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a pan or microwave before serving.
