Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla and almond extracts.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, ground almonds, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Shape the dough into crescent shapes on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
Notes
Use high-quality butter and chill the dough if it becomes too soft. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
