  5. Fold in the chopped apples, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, sprinkle with brown sugar, then add the remaining batter on top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
