Ingredients

- 1 lb brisket, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1/2 cup caramelized onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded brisket with BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Slice the hoagie rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Layer the brisket mixture evenly on the bottom half of each roll.
- Add a slice of provolone cheese on top of the brisket.
- Top with caramelized onions.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, close the sandwiches, and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with a crisp salad, pickles, or roasted potatoes. Offer extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
