- 400g pasta
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, beef mixture, shredded cheese, pickles, lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For best flavor, do not skip the fresh veggies. You can also experiment with different cheeses.
