A fun twist on the classic burger, this Big Mac Noodle Casserole combines pasta, ground beef, cheese, and fresh veggies with a creamy dressing for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

  • 400g pasta
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, beef mixture, shredded cheese, pickles, lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, do not skip the fresh veggies. You can also experiment with different cheeses.
