Ingredients
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup white chocolate chips
¾ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
Mix in egg and vanilla until well combined.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
Fold in white chocolate chips and blueberries gently.
Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden but centers look soft.
Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
Notes
Use frozen blueberries straight from the freezer. For thicker cookies, chill dough before baking. Add lemon zest for a citrusy kick.
