Ingredients

- 2 cups pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until brown and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and toss everything together.
- Serve warm, topped with grated parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
To store leftovers, let cool completely and place in an airtight container. Will stay good for up to three days.
