- ½ cup + 1 tbsp Buffalo sauce (Franks Original recommended)
- ½ cup + 1 tbsp Ranch dressing
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 scallions, chopped
- Sliced jalapeños (optional, for garnish or heat)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium cast-iron skillet, combine Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Heat gently over low heat until warm.
- Remove from heat and stir in softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, and scallions. Mix thoroughly.
- Spread evenly in the skillet and top with jalapeño slices, if desired.
- Bake for 18 minutes, then switch oven to broil for 2–3 minutes to brown the top.
- Remove from oven, garnish with extra scallions and jalapeños, and serve hot with chips.
