  • ½ cup + 1 tbsp Buffalo sauce (Franks Original recommended)
  • ½ cup + 1 tbsp Ranch dressing
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • Sliced jalapeños (optional, for garnish or heat)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium cast-iron skillet, combine Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Heat gently over low heat until warm.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, and scallions. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Spread evenly in the skillet and top with jalapeño slices, if desired.
  6. Bake for 18 minutes, then switch oven to broil for 2–3 minutes to brown the top.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with extra scallions and jalapeños, and serve hot with chips.
