- 1 lb steak tips
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
- Add the steak to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cooked rigatoni and steak tips with the creamy sauce. Toss well to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
