  • 1 lb steak tips
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Add the steak to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Combine the cooked rigatoni and steak tips with the creamy sauce. Toss well to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
