- 1 package cheese tortellini
- 1 lb sliced beef steak
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add onions and green bell peppers and sauté until soft.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked tortellini and cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat with a splash of beef broth for creaminess.
