Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts (halal-certified), diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Make Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in cream, then stir in mozzarella and cheddar until melted into a smooth sauce.
Combine: Return chicken to skillet and toss in the cheesy garlic sauce. Mix in parsley.
Assemble Wraps: Place filling inside tortillas, fold tightly, and toast on a hot pan until golden on both sides.
Serve Warm: Slice in halves and enjoy cheesy perfection!

Use freshly shredded cheese for the smoothest sauce. Toast wraps gently to avoid burning.
