Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef, stirring to combine.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, black beans, and corn.
  5. Top with tater tots and sprinkle cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
