- 2 cups chicken bone broth
- 2 tablespoons gelatin
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the chicken bone broth in a saucepan over low heat until warm.
- Sprinkle the gelatin over the warmed broth, whisking vigorously until completely dissolved.
- Add the chopped parsley, if desired, and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
- Refrigerate until set, about 60-120 minutes.
- Remove the gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
For best results, whisk the gelatin well into the broth to avoid clumps. You can customize by adding different herbs or veggies.
