Ingredients
Scale
- 2 chicken fillets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust the red pepper flakes according to your preferred level of heat. Freshly grated Parmesan adds better flavor and texture.
