- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced

Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Add the lime juice to the avocados and mash with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
- Stir in the chopped onion, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and salt.
- If desired, add chopped cilantro for extra flavor.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite dishes.

For best flavor, serve at room temperature. Store in an airtight container with plastic wrap pressed on the surface to limit browning.
