Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the lime juice to the avocados and mash with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Stir in the chopped onion, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and salt.
  4. If desired, add chopped cilantro for extra flavor.
