- 1 package Refrigerated Pizza Dough (Store-bought or homemade)
- 4 tablespoons Melted Butter (Salted)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano (or Italian seasoning)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil (or thyme)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
- 2 tablespoons Remaining Melted Butter, to taste
- Remaining Seasoning Mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let the pizza dough sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- Lightly flour your working surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about 1-inch thick.
- Melt 4 tablespoons of salted butter and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, and salt.
- Brush the melted butter mixture generously over the rolled-out dough.
- Cut the dough into strips about 1-inch wide using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese generously over the cut strips.
- Place the strips on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, brush with remaining melted butter, and sprinkle extra seasoning if desired. Allow to cool before serving warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days or freeze for up to three months.
