Cottage Cheese Chips: High-Protein, Low-Carb Crunch for Guilt-Free Snacking

Description

These high-protein cottage cheese chips are crunchy, cheesy, and low in carbs. A perfect guilt-free snack that’s oven or air fryer friendly.


Ingredients

– 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd preferred)

– 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

– 1/4 tsp garlic powder

– 1/4 tsp onion powder

– Optional: paprika, ranch, or everything bagel seasoning


Instructions

 

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or air fryer to 325°F (160°C).

2. Line tray with parchment paper.

3. Scoop 1–2 tbsp of cottage cheese onto tray and flatten into thin circles.

4. Sprinkle desired seasonings on top.

5. Bake for 25–35 minutes (oven) or air fry 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.

6. Cool completely before removing for maximum crunch.

Notes

Thinner mounds produce crispier chips. Great served with dips or eaten on their own.
