Ingredients
1 lb linguine pasta
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (halal-certified), cubed
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp Dijon mustard (ensure halal-certified)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, add garlic, chili flakes, and mustard, cooking until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice, heavy cream, and Parmesan. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens.
Add chicken back to the skillet, then toss in cooked linguine until well coated.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best melt. Add veggies like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
