- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese until well blended.
- Add crab meat, chopped shrimp, diced tomatoes, and green onions to the cheese mixture.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
Notes
Use real crab meat for the best taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
