Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese until well blended.
  2. Add crab meat, chopped shrimp, diced tomatoes, and green onions to the cheese mixture.
  3. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix all ingredients until fully combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.

Notes
