- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and let it melt into the sauce.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
