- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring to a simmer.
- Stir in orzo pasta, cover, and let cook according to the orzo package instructions, stirring occasionally.
- Add chopped spinach and thyme towards the end of the cooking process.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
To store leftovers, let the dish cool completely. Transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate. It will stay fresh in the fridge for about 3-4 days.
