Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the green chilies and heavy cream.
- Reduce heat to low and add the shredded cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
- Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce is thickened.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve hot.
