Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine rolled oats, milk, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and top with sliced strawberries, dark chocolate chips, and crumbled Valentine cookies.

Notes
For best results, stir often while cooking. Use full or low-fat milk for creamier oats, or nut milk for a lighter taste. Add chocolate chips just before serving to maintain a melty texture.
