- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin-on)
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley (chopped)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and chopped herbs until smooth.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle half of the sauce over each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle additional sauce over the salmon before serving and garnish with fresh herbs.
