Delicious cookies featuring a rich chocolate flavor with a Ferrero Rocher chocolate surprise inside.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup chocolate, chopped or chocolate chips
  • Ferrero Rocher chocolates for the center

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the chopped hazelnuts and chocolate.
  6. Scoop a tablespoon of the dough, flatten it slightly, and place a Ferrero Rocher chocolate in the center. Enclose the chocolate with the dough and roll into a ball.
  7. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are firm.
  9. Allow cookies to cool before serving. Enjoy!
