- 3 large Eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt (plain yogurt is a good substitute)
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder (make sure it’s fresh)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
- Herbs or Spices (customize the flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, crack the 3 large eggs and whisk them until frothy.
- Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt to the eggs and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the 1 tbsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Experiment with different herbs and spices for unique flavors. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
