Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pillsbury crescent roll dough
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the crescent roll package.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet, cooking until beef is browned.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into rectangles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture onto each rectangle.
  7. Roll up the dough around the filling and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  9. Bake according to the crescent roll package instructions, typically for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm.
