- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pillsbury crescent roll dough
- Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the crescent roll package.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet, cooking until beef is browned.
- Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheese until melted.
- Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture onto each rectangle.
- Roll up the dough around the filling and place on a baking sheet.
- Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake according to the crescent roll package instructions, typically for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
These roll-ups can be served with ketchup or mustard for dipping. Pair with a fresh salad or crunchy veggies for a complete meal.
