Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz mushrooms, chopped
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped mushrooms and cook until soft.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
  5. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the mushroom mixture.
  6. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
  7. Place stuffed chicken in a baking dish and pour the creamy sauce over the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
