  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2½ cups shredded cooked chicken (about 2 chicken breasts or 1 lb)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions (finely sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer to an oven-safe dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then broil for 5 more minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with green onions, and serve hot with chips, veggies, or pita bread.
