Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, diced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Stir in pineapple, lime juice, and ginger, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve over rice, in tacos, or as an appetizer, garnished with chopped green onions.
