- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle chopped green onions on top, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables for dipping. Can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
