- 1 egg
- ¼ cup parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, and peanut butter in a large bowl using a wooden spoon or spatula.
- Add the chicken or beef broth and the egg, stirring until a smooth, firm dough forms.
- Stir in the parsley until evenly distributed, if using.
- Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about ½ inch thick.
- Use cookie cutters to cut into fun shapes, combining scraps and rerolling as needed.
- Place the treats on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
Store leftover treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for a couple of months.
