A sweet and tangy side dish of roasted Brussels sprouts coated in honey and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. In a bowl, mix honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the Brussels sprouts in the glaze until well coated.
  5. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are caramelized and tender, stirring once halfway through.
  7. Serve warm as a side dish.

Notes

To enhance flavor, consider adding garlic or shallots to the roasting mix. For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
