- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- In a bowl, mix honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts in the glaze until well coated.
- Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are caramelized and tender, stirring once halfway through.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
Notes
To enhance flavor, consider adding garlic or shallots to the roasting mix. For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
