Ingredients
2 slices bread (white, whole wheat, or brioche)
1 small ripe banana, sliced
1–2 tablespoons cream cheese or ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon butter (for toasting)
Instructions
Spread cream cheese or ricotta on one slice of bread.
Layer with banana slices and drizzle with honey.
Place second slice of bread on top.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook sandwich until golden on one side (2–3 minutes).
Flip and cook until golden on the other side.
Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness. Add cinnamon or nuts for extra flavor and texture.
