Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey-lime mixture over them, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with your choice of vegetables or grains. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes in the honey-lime mixture. Use fresh herbs or add red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
