Delicious bite-sized poppers filled with shredded chicken, cheese, and jalapeños, served with a creamy dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the poppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. While the poppers are baking, prepare the creamy dip by mixing ranch dressing with a bit of sour cream.
  8. Serve the poppers hot with the creamy dip on the side.

Notes
