- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Place the poppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the poppers are baking, prepare the creamy dip by mixing ranch dressing with a bit of sour cream.
- Serve the poppers hot with the creamy dip on the side.
Notes
Use well-drained chicken for best results. You can prep the filling ahead of time.
