  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create a paste.
  4. Rub the herb and garlic paste all over the turkey breast, ensuring it’s evenly coated.

  6. Roast for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 165°F (74°C).
