- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any leftover marinade.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Serve the grilled chicken with lime wedges and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Notes
For best results, marinate chicken for longer and ensure the grill is hot before cooking.
