Cheesy, garlicky keto flatbread made with almond flour and mozzarella. Low in carbs but big on flavor — perfect for soups, salads, or dipping.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 oz cream cheese

1 large egg

¾ cup almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together for about 1–2 minutes, stirring halfway until smooth.

Stir in almond flour, baking powder, egg, and a pinch of salt. Mix until a dough forms.

Divide dough into portions and roll into flatbread shapes. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Mix olive oil with minced garlic. Brush generously over the dough.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and set.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving warm.

Notes

Work quickly while the cheese is warm for easier dough handling. Use parchment paper to prevent sticking. Broil for extra crunch at the end.
