- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Beat in cocoa, flour, and salt.
- Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of marshmallows on top of the brownie batter and swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve warm, optionally topped with ice cream. Store in an airtight container.
