Decadent fudgy brownies swirled with fluffy marshmallows for a delightful dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Beat in cocoa, flour, and salt.
  4. Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared pan.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of marshmallows on top of the brownie batter and swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve warm, optionally topped with ice cream. Store in an airtight container.
