  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup banana pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  7. Layer the banana pudding over the cream cheese mixture in the cups.
  8. Add sliced bananas on top of the pudding layer.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
