A fun and filling casserole that combines crispy tater tots, warm nacho cheese, and seasoned ground beef into one easy dish.

  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, spread the frozen tater tots evenly.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cooked ground beef with the nacho cheese sauce.
  4. Pour the beef and cheese mixture over the tater tots.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and green onions on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
