- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 2 cups nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, spread the frozen tater tots evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cooked ground beef with the nacho cheese sauce.
- Pour the beef and cheese mixture over the tater tots.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and green onions on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Cool the casserole to room temperature before storing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
