Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the egg noodles and broccoli, cooking until the noodles are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  7. Stir in the remaining butter and mix until melted and combined.
  8. Slice the chicken and return it to the skillet, mixing everything together.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with a simple green salad or steamed veggies. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
