- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the egg noodles and broccoli, cooking until the noodles are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in the remaining butter and mix until melted and combined.
- Slice the chicken and return it to the skillet, mixing everything together.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with a simple green salad or steamed veggies. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
