A delightful no-bake cheesecake combining cream cheese, cherries, and chocolate chips with a crunchy Oreo crust.

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh cherries (pitted)
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons cherry juice

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
  2. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter completely.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan firmly.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla to the cream cheese.
  6. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until peaks form.
  7. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  8. Stir in cherries and chocolate chips carefully.
  9. Pour mixture over the Oreo crust evenly.
  10. Refrigerate for a minimum of four hours until set.
