- 2 tablespoons cherry juice
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter completely.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan firmly.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla to the cream cheese.
- Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Stir in cherries and chocolate chips carefully.
- Pour mixture over the Oreo crust evenly.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of four hours until set.
