A comforting and delicious creamy pasta dish combining tender chicken breasts with a rich Parmesan and heavy cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove the chicken and let it rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the sauce along with the cooked pasta. Toss everything together to coat.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use fresh Parmesan cheese for best flavor. Add veggies for extra nutrition if desired.
