- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove the chicken and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the sauce along with the cooked pasta. Toss everything together to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use fresh Parmesan cheese for best flavor. Add veggies for extra nutrition if desired.
