- 8 oz farfalle pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are tender.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve hot with extra Parmesan cheese if desired. This dish pairs well with a fresh salad or crusty bread.
