Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the parsley, mint, and whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the coconut oil, water, and egg in another bowl until blended.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface.
  6. Use cookie cutters to cut into desired shapes.
  7. Arrange cutouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool completely before serving.
