Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in the peppermint extract.
- Transfer the chocolate mixture to a fondue pot or a serving bowl.
- Serve with assorted fruits, marshmallows, and biscotti for dipping.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top for garnish.
