- Juice of 2 limes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, lime juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade all over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast in the oven for about 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for richer flavor. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature, which should reach 165°F (75°C).
