- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb scallops
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque and cooked through.
- Pour in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir to combine and remove from heat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For the best flavors, choose fresh seafood if possible. Avoid overcooking the shrimp and scallops to keep them tender.
